Candour is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of personal data that we maintain about our clients, employees and other individuals. We are not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses under any circumstances.

Our website uses cookies to collect information about browsing.
When someone visits www.candour.com, we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. You may have received updates from us regarding relevant thought leadership, publications, industry newsletters and invitations to events. We use personal information to keep you informed; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right, and to check every now and then that you’re satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third party, Bullhorn, to store this data and deliver updates, announcements, newsletters and the House View. We gather statistics around email opening and click-throughs using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our content. Accessing your personal information
Under GDPR, you are entitled to request view, amend, and erase the personal information we hold. They are called a Subject Access Requests (SARs). All you have to do is speak to any of our advisors, or the Data Protection Office, and your data will be sent to you within one month. If you would like to amend or erase your data, simply respond to the email and it will be actioned. We hold personal data for five years after the date of last contact. Just before that time, we send out requests for confirmation of details. If we receive a positive response, we will hold the data for another five years.
